Eric B. Wolf
Mr. Wolf is a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain and has previously served as Treasurer on the boards of Denver Academy and Leaders Challenge.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Colorado.
Bo W. Sutton, CFA
Bo Sutton is a Co-Founder and Partner at Liftout Capital, bringing 15 years of private investing experience. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments. Mr. Sutton currently serves as Chairman of Franchise Creator and is a board member of Pay4Leads and AG&E. Prior to co-founding Liftout Capital, he was a Director at Bow River Capital, where he led acquisitions and sale transactions in the Business and Industrial Services sectors. During his tenure, he served on numerous boards, including RailPros, AUC Group, Kobelt Manufacturing, and Nuclear Care Partners, and was Chairman of Ocean Tomo.
Before joining Bow River Capital, Mr. Sutton was a private equity real estate investor, focusing on distressed real estate debt at Platform Ventures and agricultural real estate at Resource Land Holdings.
Mr. Sutton earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a BS in International Business, both from the University of Colorado. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Gary H. Schlatter, CPA
Gary Schlatter is an Associate at Liftout Capital. Prior to joining Liftout Capital, Mr. Schlatter worked at Intrinsic LLC where he provided buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services to private equity clients and their portfolio companies, developing an expertise in quality of earnings, net working capital, profitability, and debt/debt-like items analyses. Mr. Schlatter worked on over 50 transactions during his time at Intrinsic.
Prior to Intrinsic, Mr. Schlatter worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he provided audit and assurance services to businesses ranging from start-ups to large public companies. During his tenure at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Mr. Schlatter served on various types of client engagements including year-end 10-K filings and pre-IPO confidential S-1 filings.
Mr. Schlatter earned a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Santa Clara University. Mr. Schlatter is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
